Breastfeeding Support, Thoughtfully Curated for You
Pediatric visits are scheduled at important milestones—often around 3 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months. In between those appointments, feeding can change quickly and questions naturally arise. Our concierge lactation care is designed to support families during those in-between weeks, offering consistent, in-home guidance to help you understand feeding patterns, monitor growth, and move forward with confidence rather than uncertainty.

Having a consistent provider who understands your history, your baby, and your goals allows for thoughtful, responsive care that builds confidence and reduces stress during an already demanding season.
Our Concierge Lactation Care Package is created for families who value relationship-based, attentive support during the most formative months of feeding.
This is not a series of disconnected visits.
It is a thoughtfully designed, three-month partnership — beginning ideally in pregnancy — and continuing through the early postpartum season with steady, expert guidance in your home.
When care begins prenatally, we are able to prepare intentionally and transition seamlessly into postpartum support. However, families are always welcome to enroll after birth as well.
Because this level of care requires time, attention, and true availability, we accept only a limited number of concierge families each month.
The early weeks of parenthood are full of quiet questions.
Is this latch sustainable?
Is my baby transferring enough milk?
Is this growth pattern reassuring?
Is what we’re experiencing normal?
Feeding changes quickly in the beginning. What feels uncertain one day can feel different the next — and it is not always clear whether those changes are expected or concerning.
Pediatric visits offer important checkpoints — typically at 3 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months.
But babies do not grow in scheduled increments.
Milk supply regulates gradually. Feeding patterns shift. Growth trends reveal themselves over time. Most of that development happens quietly at home, between appointments.
Without steady guidance, many families find themselves waiting for the next visit, hoping everything is on track.
Breastfeeding is not a single event — it is an evolving relationship.
It deserves more than occasional assessment. It deserves continuity, thoughtful observation, and support that keeps pace with your baby’s development.
You should not have to wonder if things are trending well.
You should feel steady in the process.
What Is Included in Our Concierge Lactation Care Package
This program provides three months of intentional, in-home lactation support — designed to offer clarity, continuity, and steady professional oversight during the most formative season of feeding.
One Comprehensive In-Home Lactation Consultation
Your care begins with a thorough in-home assessment of feeding, latch, milk transfer, infant behavior, and maternal comfort. We take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and establish a thoughtful plan tailored to your family. (When enrolling during pregnancy, your first visit becomes a personalized, in-home breastfeeding preparation session. Together, we discuss early feeding expectations, latch principles, milk production timelines, pump planning, and a realistic postpartum strategy — tailored to your health history and goals. This allows you to enter the postpartum period informed rather than uncertain.)
Three Scheduled In-Home Follow-Up Visits
Feeding evolves week by week. Planned follow-ups allow us to monitor trends, make real-time adjustments, and address new developments before they become larger concerns. Each visit builds upon the last.
Personalized Breastfeeding Care Plan
You receive a written care plan customized to your baby’s needs, your feeding goals, and your lifestyle. Plans are updated as needed throughout the program to reflect progress and changing circumstances.
Ongoing Professional Oversight for Three Months
This is not episodic care. It is steady guidance as milk supply regulates, feeding patterns mature, and growth trends emerge between pediatric appointments.
Real-Time Latch & Feeding Assessment at Every Visit
Hands-on support to improve comfort, milk transfer, efficiency, and sustainability — with adjustments tailored to your baby’s development.
Weight Checks & Milk Intake Evaluations
Objective measurements provide reassurance and clarity, helping you understand how feeding and growth are trending over time.
Comprehensive Feeding Support
Support extends beyond direct breastfeeding to include pumping guidance, bottle introduction, return-to-work planning, and feeding transitions as your baby grows.
Priority Messaging During Extended Hours
Direct access for guidance between visits — allowing questions to be addressed thoughtfully, without restarting your story each time.
Care Coordination When Appropriate
Collaboration with pediatricians and other care providers as needed to ensure your feeding plan supports your baby’s overall health and development.
Insurance Submission Managed for You
When eligible, we submit visits to insurance on your behalf. If reimbursement is received, courtesy credits are applied according to our policy.
Is This Right for Me?
Concierge lactation care may be a good fit if you value ongoing guidance and would feel more at ease knowing expert support is available as feeding evolves. This option is well suited for families who prefer proactive, relationship-based care rather than scheduling visits only when challenges arise.
This program is especially helpful if:

If you are looking for a single visit to address a specific concern, a standard consultation may be the better choice. Both options are available, and we are happy to help you decide which best supports your family’s needs.

What Our families Have to Say
So grateful for Rochelle! Every time I do an appointment with her, I am beyond glad I did. I think my ability to have a meaningful breast-feeding journey with my daughter, and work through emotional distress over tough moments in breastfeeding has been very much due to her wisdom, kindness, and expertise. and oh my gosh, her assessments are so thorough and her follow up feedback and recommendation resources are an incredible incredible value. I’m always mindblown by how helpful and detailed her after appointment labor is for us. Rochelle is so smart, has so much experience, is a great teacher, and gets mom life. She’s savvy and compassionate and normalizing, and I always feel like she loves my kids, which means the world. Thank you, Rochelle!
I cannot recommend Juliana enough!!! She is passionate, relatable and so very knowledgeable. I met with her multiple times and she would often check-in on me via text or phone call. We worked on ensuring my baby had a good, strong latch, that I wasn’t experiencing pain, and helped with multiple nursing positions that worked for us. I was distressed that my milk supply was low, Juliana was extra supportive during this time and quickly helped me figure out ways to increase my supply. She wanted to help me figure out how to meet my goals. I have successfully nursed and pumped for 10 months and counting. I am very confident that Juliana played an important role in this success! I will absolutely seek her guidance with my next baby!
Babies in Bloom has been so helpful for both of my breastfeeding experiences! They listened to my problems, asked questions and came up with easy solutions that I could try that day. Everyone at Babies in Bloom was also so amazing at responding to my never ending questions on the portal. They know who to refer to for any type of body work and/or dental work for tongue ties and have the knowledge to make you feel comfortable.
