Our Love of Evidence-Based Resources Extends Beyond Babies

You know we love all things evidence-based when it comes to pregnancy, birth, and parenting. We also stan a resource that provides research-driven tips, tools and education to promote healthy relationships.

As we reach the halfway mark between Valentine’s Day, we’re shining a spotlight on the relationship between parents. In our own research, we stumbled upon this blog post by The Gottman Institute titled: “Romantic Relationships Take a Dive After Baby Arrives (According to Research).” We’ve long known about The Gottman Institute and this feels like the perfect opportunity to share their wealth of knowledge with our community.
