You’ll meet one-on-one with an IBCLC to discuss your feeding concerns and goals. We’ll observe a feeding (if baby is present), assess latch, positioning, and milk transfer, and answer all your questions. You’ll leave with a customized care plan and the support you need.

Absolutely! Prenatal consults are a great way to prepare for breastfeeding. We’ll talk about what to expect, how to get started, and any specific concerns you may have.

Yes, if possible! Having your baby there allows us to observe feeding and offer hands-on support. If you’re coming prenatally or baby can’t attend, we’ll still give you all the guidance you need.

Yes! While in-person allows for hands-on help and weighing baby, virtual consults are still highly effective. We can guide you through positioning, troubleshoot feeding issues, and offer real-time solutions.

Initial visits typically last 60 minutes. Follow-ups and milestone consults are around 45–60 minutes. We always allow plenty of time to answer your questions.

We support everything from latch pain, low supply, and weight gain concerns to pumping, returning to work, starting solids, and weaning. If it’s feeding-related, we’re here to help.

It varies. Some families feel confident after one visit; others benefit from a few follow-ups. We’ll work together to create a plan that meets your needs.

Booking & Appointments

Yes. You can reschedule through your confirmation email. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We offer select weekend and evening times. Check our online booking calendar for current availability.

Absolutely. We encourage partners or support people to join, especially for prenatal and early postpartum visits.

Classes & Education

We offer classes on breastfeeding, newborn care, pumping, returning to work, and more. Check our calendar for upcoming sessions.

Most parents take these classes in the third trimester, around 28–36 weeks. But it’s never too early—or too late!

We offer both! Some classes are held in our cozy classroom, others are virtual so you can join from anywhere.

Babies in arms are always welcome at our classes unless otherwise noted. We create a baby-friendly space for all.

Car Seat Services

You’ll meet with our Certified Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) who will inspect your seat, teach you how to install it safely, and answer any questions. It’s hands-on and personalized.

Yes! We’ll help with any car seat, no matter where you bought it. Our goal is safety and confidence.

Yes—we love teaching! We’ll walk you through step-by-step so you feel empowered to reinstall confidently anytime.
